Refunding Policy

Cygnus Technology Ltd is committed to providing excellent service to all of our customers. In the rare case that a refund request is necessary, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds of 50% will be granted only under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Death of the main applicant: A refund may be requested in the unfortunate event of the death of the main applicant.
  2. Severe partial disability of the main applicant: A refund may also be considered if the main applicant suffers a severe partial disability that significantly impacts their ability to proceed with services.

Refund Request Procedure

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Cygnus Technology Ltd within 14 days from the date of payment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 14-day period from the date of payment.
  • The request must include proof of the qualifying condition (such as a death certificate or medical documentation, depending on the nature of the request).

Refund Decision Process

  • The final decision regarding the granting of refunds will be made by the Board of Directors of Cygnus Technology Ltd.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and a decision will be made within 10 days of receipt of the request.
  • Once the decision is made, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment account within 60 days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests that do not meet the criteria listed above, or that are made after the 14-day refund request window, will not be eligible for a refund.
